Ambrose7 Posted November 1, 2005 Share Posted November 1, 2005 Hi guys, im having a right nightmare trying to find a headlight bulb for my 96 j-spec. I was just wondering what bulbs you guys use? and where you get them from? The numbers on the bulb that came out are: PIAA 900X.XW 12V 55W Ive tried the ones the guys in my local Halfords and Autoparts stores said would fit, but the lugs on the rim were too big and wouldn’t slot in. Also, the bulb that came out has no grooves in the socket bit, but the plug has a single groove? Ive attached a couple of pics. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

In short, the correct bulbs for Jap spec Supra headlights (9005J & 9006J) are not available outside of Japan.
