adi2009 Posted October 16, 2005 Share Posted October 16, 2005 Hi, Ever since my engine swap i have been using TTC. when the car is in TTC, it boosts upto about 9-10psi max. But when i switch to sequential mode it boosts to about 7psi and as the rpm rises, the boost drops to about 4psi. I've checked for boost leaks and there doesnt seem to be any. Tom Posted October 16, 2005 Share Posted October 16, 2005 vsv's for sure! one of mine has just started playing up again! will probably be the iacv vsv, top one near the firewall is my bet. I prefer ttc though, it's safer for th turbos and its sooooo much smoother. for now i'd say go back to that but check for problems in hoses from the egcv and iacv actuators.
