Torque Settings for T.T Auto & Hybrid Transmissions

Flexplate to crank bolts x 8: 83 N.m, 850 kgf.cm, 61 ft.lbf

 

Torque-convertor to flex-plate bolts x 6: 33 Nm 340 kgk.cm 25 ft.lbf

 

Transmission rear flange nut x 1: 123 N.m, 1,250 kgf.cm, 90 ft.lbf (Don't get this one mixed up with below)

 

Differential prop-flange nut x 1: 0.5 - 0.8 N.m, 5 - 8 kgf.cm, 4.3 - 6.9 in. lbf (Don't get this one mixed up with above) (Ensure that this nut runs free on the threads before torquing up)

 

Prop-shaft to transmission nuts x 4: 56 N.m, 570 kgf.cm, 41 ft.lbf

 

Do-nut bolts/nuts x 6: 79 N.m, 805 kgf.cm 58 ft.lbf

 

Valve-body x 20 bolts: 10 N.m, 100kgf.cm, 7 ft.lbf

 

Oil strainer bolts x 3: 10 N.m, 100kgf.cm, 7 ft.lbf

 

Oil pan bolts x 19: 7.4 N.m, 75 kgf.cm, 6.5 in. lbf

Transmission rear support to body bolts x 4: 25 N.m, 260 kgf.cm, 19 ft.lbf

 

Bell housing bolts 17mm x 5: 72 N.m, 730 kgf.cm, 53 ft.lbf

 

Bell housing bolts 14mm x 4: 37 N.m, 380 kgf.cm, 27 ft.lbf

 

Propshaft centre mount x 2 bolts : 53 N.m, 540 kgf.cm, 39 ft.lbf (Spacers (fat washers) go between prop-bearing carrier and body)

 

Heat-shield x 4 nuts: 5.4 N.m, 55 kgf.cm, 4.8 ft.lbf

 

Floor brace cross-member x 4 bolts: 13 N.m, 130 kgf.cm, 9 ft.lbf
