slugger1
I've just bought a new double din head unit and intend to link a reversing camera to it (probably in between the number plate lights as it's central). Has anyone else done this? Pics would be nice to see what other people have done. Also suggestions about what camera to go for would be helpful. Cheers. Big Mark
That's exactly where I've put my reverse camera. Ypu can't really notice it on the car unless you know where to look. I went for one like this: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Car-Rear-View-Camera-Parking-Reverse-Backup-Camera-Waterproof-Night-Vision-UK/223802708884?hash=item341bae5394:g:5IAAAOSwY-Nd-xui

How did you mount it as it looks like that particular one screws in?

Big Mark
Ok cheers for the link. How did you mount it as it looks like that particular one screws in? My bumper was off as car was being resprayed at the time, so just drilled frilled the middle bolt hole in the light and bumper to the size required to fit the camera, pushed it in place and tightened the nut up. Does the bumper need to be off to fix it or can you get access through the number plate hole?

SupraP-Z
I fitted mine perfectly between the number plate lights, you can see my thread for more info if need be: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?328635-Rear-View-Camera-Fitted-) Been very happy with it and it works wonders. I would say the cameras nowadays are of a bit better quality, I suggest going for something with Infra-Red to help with the night vision

Pretty pleased with it but the camera faces down a bit too much for my liking.
