Sky. Not as good as they used to be.

So I used to be insured with sky with a previous policy. They couldn't match Adrian flux last year so I swapped to them. Now this year they beat the flux quote but they weren't the cheapest I could get. But since I had a great experience with them previously I went with them this year. And what a load of rubbish. After calling back after an initial quote the guy didn't seem too bothered to want to start a policy. Anyway I started a policy, get my details through. First mistake, first name spelt wrong. On hold again for 30 mins. Edit policy. New documents come though. Now somehow my surnames spelt wrong. Again 30 mins on hold. New documents though.

 

Get to my modification form and a few items are missing. All interior items.

Oh and I can't sign the finance document on line because guess what! My names spelt wrong.

So again I've had to call. On hold 15 mins this time.

 

So currently waiting for new details to come through. (Which will probably be wrong).

Last year I had the most miserable person speaking to me down the phone who wasn't interested in collecting business from me. And on that basis, I didn't bother renewing with Sky.

 

Something seems to be going downhill there and it needs to be sorted as far as I'm concerned.

They lost my business for the exact same reason last year.

Same thing happened to me. I was told to go somewhere else if you want a cheaper quote. However I have had good experience with Sky for many years and wanted to stay loyal to them,but this year if the person on the other side is not bothered to have my business I will go somewhere else as I have two cars insured with them.

 

Could someone senior at Sky tell us whom to contact at renewal time especially for the Supra for a good service.
