carl0s
Change of plan. I'm going to running XS power manifold, pownpipe, wastegate but with a SP63 turbo. Not put you off have I? The cars in my dream only went bang because the chavs were just bolting hooooge turbos onto shitty cars and not doing any setup or support-mods
GeordieSteve
Nope not at all XS Power are made by SS Autochrome. I feel it's worth a go. If the wastegate goes... it cost me about £100... worth a try!

Terminator
I can't beleive they banned him for doing a (positive) writeup on the eBay turbo kit. That's a poor show :thumbdown Good luck to the guy, he was prepared to take the risks and is happy with the results. We used alot of SS Auto chrome parts on my sons 200SX engine when we took it to stage three. After 10000 miles hard use on the car it was going strong, before we decieded to do another engine project, and sold it. It pulled like a train and made the owners of quite a few mega £'s super cars feel pig sick being taken by a 16 year old Nissan 1.8:) with Duck tape on the tail gate. I guess some forums are run by people with vested interests. With so much interest in the install, may be some suppliers were seeing a fall off in trade, so decided to shut him up. That's always a potential problem when traders are asked to participate and share part of the running costs of the forum (via advertising, or whatever...) In legalese it's called a "moral hazard" I remember how unpopular (read: leper) I became in some Vaux forums when I started posting sources of parts that were less than half of what the resident traders charged. I was even theatened with physical violence, how pathetic... Apparently sometimes people forget that the forums are for enthusiasts to exchange ideas and tips, and they think they are platforms for promoting their "warez" at any cost. Other times 'punters' use the forums to extrort freebies from traders (or else they'll post a scathing review or something) It's a tight balance sometimes
