Brodierx7 Posted June 7, 2015 Share Posted June 7, 2015 Hi folks! Help needed, my 96 supra starts fine and idles fine on warm up, but once warmed up the idle is just up and down! I cleaned the idle control valve but still does it. It's very annoying! Is there anything else I can try or look for that's fairly simple? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Brodierx7 Posted June 7, 2015 Author Share Posted June 7, 2015 I've taken the intercooler pipe off and opened the throttle up and it looks pretty clean inside. Could it be the throttle position sensor or something? I don't want to mess with it to much incase I screw up the settings. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Hitbox Junkie Posted June 7, 2015 Share Posted June 7, 2015 When I done mine on the Audi i just opened up the throttle body and cleaned all round and as far down as I could put my hand / rag with some carb cleaner spray did the trick, i made sure I wasn't rough with it and placed it all back with little fuss.
