2JZ inside
Hi guys, For some reason I lost power supply into my cd player today. Everything connected exactly as before. I replaced all fuses (up to 30 amp) in the main and RHS fuse boxes. Are there any other fuses to look at or maybe I'm missing something else? Thanks in advance. j_jza80
There may be a fuse in the loom to the CD player behind the dash, or even in the back of the CD player itself.
2JZ inside
The one at the back of the cd player is fine but I didn't check the one in loom. Thanks a lot for that.
2JZ inside
Nope unless it goes further under the carpet and into the OEM amplifier maybe?

j_jza80
Unplug the loom from the back of the CD player, and use a basic volt tester (something like THIS ) to test whether you're getting power to BOTH the yellow permanent live and the red ignition live wires on the loom.
