Removing OEM LIP without taking bumper off? (pics)

Ok maybe not OEM, it's MVP style lip which I'm replacing with a new one.. but I believe everything is bolted up 100% stock.

Underside has all this trim I've never even had on previous Supra's.

I jacked the front up, expecting I can unbolt it quick since it's an aftermarket lip.

When I twist the bolts they just go round and round.

From before I recall there's these flat metal piece on the other end that I need to grab? but there's no access to them.

Is there any trim I can remove from the bottom that will help with this?

I really don't want to remove the bumper, I find it a pita to do especially the underside trim. If I have to I will.

So does anyone have any advice what the best or easiest way it is to do this?

cheers

Oh didn't think about active lip, that makes sense. I just picked this Supra up so figured it was already removed. It does look like it's fully in place.

Can the undertray be removed from the bottom? just trying to do this for the time being without taking the bumper off.

I will also try and remove the whole assembly so I can sell it off for anyone needing it

cheers

Yeah the engine part of the tray first, then the bolts on the bottom of the bumper undertray, this should gain you enough access to unplug and unbolt the active mech, bit of a pain being on your back doing it so having a ramp would defintley help
