BOV fitting

goes to the intake manifold bud :-)

 

on the back of the manifold by the firewall side there is a take off that goes all the way round the back of the ebgine to where the stock bov is. just use this as you wouldnt be using the stock bov anymore.

 

that is 2jz at least i think you are 1jz arnt you.

 

but regardless it needs a feed from the intake manifold

im on the train now. if u can wait til later il try show you.

 

just look at the manifold at the back, the part which is nearest to the firewall

 

there is a thin rubber pipe which omes from that.

 

you just remove that and plumb your new vacuum to that

 

you should remove and bung up the stock bov, its on the other side and looks like a ufo lol

its about 1inch in diameter with 2 large rubber pipes coming from and one small vacuum

ok ive followed the pipe, it comes out onto the side of the inlet manifold, right near the back... so ive plummed that in to the back of the HKS and blocked off the other pipe, i can know hear the HKS more, i aint test driven it yet though... hopefully its right :S
