Supra Gaz Posted October 5, 2011 Share Posted October 5, 2011 Hello folks, I have some lovely wheels on my car (no idea what make, I havnt taken them off yet), they are one piece wheels. The centres are fine, perfect even, the chrome/polished metal lips on the other hand have been ruined by shocking parking and not being cleaned properly (previous owner). Can I just get the lips done or do they need stripping completely and starting again? Dnk Posted October 7, 2011 Share Posted October 7, 2011 If there laquered then to do them properly they would need to be stripped and refurbed, if not you could just get the lip sorted by a good polisher who would linish the kurbing marks off and then polish the lips, you'd need to get the tyres off though really to do this properly.
