Noz Posted October 3, 2011 Share Posted October 3, 2011 Hi guys, doing some simulation of dynamic systems for engines and automotive design, consider I already have most of the values to hand through my own research out of subject due to personal interest thought I would do the supra and its engine, but there are some values that Im struggling to find, wanted to know if there was anyone that would be able to help me. I'm looking for mass of standard alloys, im running 18's otherwise I would just weigh them :-) Moment of inerita of each wheel, this is quite specific so I might have to just assume this is going to be an average of 0.4kgm^2 which is a maxmimum for most cars. The vehicle frontal area, A (in m^2) The vehicle drag coefficient. I know some of you guys have actual done 3D modelling of supra's, maybe some further design work has been done on these and hopefully someone can help me. Other stuff is just maximum torque values and gear ratios but that's just basic stuff I have to hand. Thanks in advanced for any help on this issue.
