dan294 Posted March 4, 2011 Share Posted March 4, 2011 Still reading, Im not put off yet, few reports of turbos failing seems about the worst i can find, read one post where vw want 10,000 euro to supply and fit new turbos, im sure Lee could take them off and send to AET should the worst happen. We've tuned a few V10's at work in the Touareg and the Paheton, VW Australia run 2 or 3 Touareg R50's with Tunit's fitted that our guy over there supplied. Never heard of any serious issues. There is a chance that the crown prince of Saudi Arabia might make you an honourary family member at this rate J! Clean looking motor, I've never seen one with the spare wheel in that position before, it makes an awful lot more sense than tying it on underneath the bloody jeep like most of them now do. JamieP Posted March 12, 2011 Author Share Posted March 12, 2011 Not a turbo mate, mpg is same as my S4 so no big shock to me, yeah i like the wheel on the back, looks a bit off roady, it has a huge Bose sub in where the spare wheel normally sits, all looks factory fitted.
