Davey001
Hey Mate, I recently bought a set of tein coilovers from Chris Wilson which iam also fitting tomorrow and these have a small adjuster on the top of the strut. Doesnt look there like is anything like that on them! Weird!! Maybe they have been removed to stop adjustment?

Davey001
Sorry mate, hope someone comes on here and tells you different! I know nothing about HKS coilovers to be fair. You should return these if its true tho! You pay much for them? I feel bad now!!!!
Bailey.
no not as much as the teins. i want to end up with a bilstein setup by chris anyways. just bought these to tad me over for the minute. i will let you know how stiff they are set at tomorrow. fingers crossed not too stiff:(
Davey001
I hope the best for you mate! You may well still be able to adjust these without the screws or buy a new threaded hex head stud to fit them for pennies. Dont loose hope and let me know tomorrow what they are like! Cheers Mate
Nic
They are adjusted using an allen key, put the allen key (4mm I think but may be wrong) in the hole in the top and turn, as you turn you should feel it click to the next damper setting. Chris Wilson
Yes, 4 mm Allen key, but be VERY VERY gentle, if you force it at all, past either extreme position, you can effectively damage them internally, irreparably.
Davey001
Thats great news for you mate!!! Bet you never slept last night thinking about this! Pleased its worked out for you and hope you got these fitted today!
Bailey.
All fitted up and have setup the shocks for the ride I want, around half way. Now I just need a c spanner to adjust up the ride height. But over the moon, didn't take to long either! Win win!!
