I've never heard of those plugs on here before. How dd you come to be using those?

For BPU-ish spec* a lot of us use NGK BCPR7ES gapped to 0.85 (+/- 0.10)

* what spec/mods/boost level do you have?

gbh motorsport who replaced the engine told me to use them.at the moment im running full decat, hks fcon v,blitz boost controller but disconected at the mo for warranty reasons so running stock boost.uprated fuel pump. ihad bcpr7es in before these but still the same problem

I would try a cooler grade of plug to start with. Also when you change the plugs, check the condition of the connectors to the coil packs, the plastic of these becomes brittle and can crack, which can cause a poor connection.

it more or less does it all the time some times it doesnt but its probably just that i dont feel it as much due to hard acceleration.i think ive found my problem though i borrowed a coil pack off of somebody changed the first to and went up the rd,this made it alot better but not perfect.i then removed the following four coils finding cracks in all of them.

does any one have a good set for sale on here or any ideas where i can get hold of some cheers.

also how much roughly
