Chris Wilson Posted February 6, 2011 Share Posted February 6, 2011 You will probably notice them MORE on an automatic as at idle in drive there is still a torque loading on the engine mounts. On a manual in gear you have the clutch down, so no torque reaction until you strat to move off, and the engine revs tend to drown the harshness, especially in the case of some exhausts Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
