Really good to meet up with all the guys today, big thank you to Alans son who had a long trip down and also to the girls as well, it took a lot of bottle to approach a bunch of scary looking guys and say thank you, looking forward to the vid.

Especially with two geezers with strap on beards....they must have been thinking to themselves 'WTF!!!' I know I would be :D

Nice meeting you mate, would have been good if it had been under different circumstances.

Shame you missed the lap after making that gruelling journey. I look forward to seeing it.

:D Small world... tell him Brian from CommVault says Hi

I'd heard from Gary F (mutual friend) that he downhills with that he'd sold the GSXR and FTO and bought an Exige. Be good fun round KH that!

Gary forsyth? I've met him a few times when I used to go out with them on the motorbikes, I had a tl1000s at the time but it was sh1te round the bends. Ill let Brian know mate, no doubt he'll catch you at some of the supra events since I drag him everywhere to make me look good! Lol

Yeah that's him - sounds good. I've got a new Supra and a Bike to buy... all my Biker mates and bro keep egging me on to get the Bike bought (passed my direct access back in April on an ER5) but I've been prioritising the Supra.

TL1000 huh, wasn't that the one known as the 'Widow Maker'? with a peach of a V-Twin engine in?

I was thinking of going for the SV1000 SZ special model as my first bike - looks like a GSX-R, has the same decent torquey V-Twin but is much cheaper to insure as not classed as a supersports.
