TrevS
Hi Guys I have a knocking noise coming from the rear left of my car. It only seems to occur at slow speeds (below 30mph) when I go over bumps in the roads so is not constant. It sounds like quite a heavy thud when it happens and only occurs on one side of the car. Has anyone got any ideas what it could be? Cheers
Soonto_HAS_soop
Bushes, subframe mounts, subframe bolts, droplinks, loose wheel - could be one of a numerous things.
Nic
Yes, the only way to tell is to get it on a ramp and inspect all the joints, bushes and bolts for play.
