Carl
I am going to upgrade my iPhone 3gs 16gig very soon. I'm looking to sell it for £240. It has always had a screen protector so the screen is unmarked. The reverse has always had a hard cover so is unmarked. There are some light marks around the edge from being in a pocket etc but only minor marks. The phone is 7 months old, bought 15 November 2009. If anyone is interested let me know. AlexM
I'm interested - is it unlocked?

AlexM
I believe you can get it unlocked with O2 for a nominal fee if it isn't already? I'm looking to go over to Vodafone (with Sure Signal) so O2 wouldn't be much use to me.
Carl
Yes, I have been told this is possible for about £15-£20. Sure this shouldn't detract from buying this phone considering how easy it can be unlocked.
Swampy442
Just to input, Ive got one unlocked that was on the Orange network, £20 for the privelage.

Carl
As Alex & hiten55 has said, you can unlock the Iphone. I rang O2 and you can unlock the iphone yourself from the O2 website. It is free but does apparently take up to 14 days before it is unlocked.
penguin
£200 inc postage?
Carl
£200 inc postage? No offence but I can get more than that on the O2 recycle scheme and that gives you rock bottom price.
AlexM
Get it officially unlocked and I'll take it Carl. I've seen unlocks get refused because they're 'not the original owner' and I want to give it to a technophobe, so I really want a genuinely unlocked one.
