Guest Suprastar2009
£140 collected anybody? thats a bargain
dangerous brain
They look very nice. 8j front and rear though is going to make it hard to shift them as most would prefer 9.5" rears at least on a supra. That said £150 is a giveaway so you could buy them just for winter wheels.
Guest Suprastar2009
Yeh there 225 wide, they looked good on my supra and yes I agree would make a fantastic set of winter wheels, there and in really good condition, I would keep them but I need the money to fund other areas of project supra

Guest Suprastar2009
Hm any Paperwork or anything else? Would take them for winter but TÜV is my Problem then... I dont have any paperwork with the wheels, what sort of paperwork is required?
CanisLupus
The least would be if there are any Numbers printed on the rims. Like maximum Wheigt they can take. Better would be some Paperwork about the Material etc. Do you have the webpage of the manufacturer? Can't find it on Google :\ I would contact them then and ask if there is anything for the alloys i can use for TÜV ^^
Guest Suprastar2009
there are some numbers on the rear of the wheels hold on..............
Guest Suprastar2009
Right on the rear of the spokes is embossed some numbers and words they are as follows, if I start a new line below it means its on the next spoke VIA 690 KG Engineered In Germany MARK: SMC 1143 ET:35 J80010 BSA359 07++++++ 08++++++ 8J X 18 H2
trinitom
do you have any pics with this fitted?
CanisLupus
Sounds Promising. The VIA 690KG would be the max. weight. What's the Manufacturer's Name? Been searching for Cam and so on but couldn't find anything. If it's engineered in Germany i can give them a call about them. Oh yeah Forgot, do they fit over UK Spec Brakes? CanisLupus
I think i would take them if they fit over UK Spec brakes. But have to check tomorrow with my TÜV guy if the Numbers Printed are enough to legalize them here.
Thomas_germany
The wheels are manufactured by SMC. It's a german company. Wheelstype is J. TÜV should'nt be an issue, since they have Teilegutachten for them. Just call them. I think that's the link: http://www.smcwheels.de

supra steveo
whats the TUV test got to do with it ? ( dont mean to sound rude either ) i put my last supra through and i had a set of 18"x8.5J on the front and 18"x9.5J on the rear
CanisLupus
whats the TUV test got to do with it ? ( dont mean to sound rude either ) Without TÜV i don't want to drive around at least for the obvious parts like Alloys and Exhaust. Cause the Police in the area where i'm going to drive around is after all tuned cars and if they catch you with something not TÜV legalized the real pain starts. Friend of mine was caught with his EVO driving without the silencer in his NUR Spec = confiscated car and lots of costs for testing if it's really to loud(of course it was) so paid lots of money for fines and i don't want the same things happening to me. And getting Alloys without those imprinted data through tüv is a PITA
