:D i reckon buy the time youve managed to burn the first two sets you'll be able to do mine perfectly

 

I have done a couple of sets and there is definitely NO Chance of burning these!!! I think the burning applies more to the paintwork.;)

You split them in the oven yet?? :D

 

I have refurbed lights to a pretty good standard before and sold a couple of sets, but now I have managed to get hold of a really cheap set of facelifts and want to make an absolutly PERFECT job of these....for my car :) I am going to get the rings re-chromed by an electrostatic plater and want to find a way of getting the lense perfectly swirl less and crystal clear. I am sure it will involve the final stage being done by hand.

I did one of the sets I have here last weekend and they have come up well. But the chrome rings on mine are part of the reflector assy and not separate, are they separate parts on faceleft lights?
