SteveC Posted May 29, 2010 Share Posted May 29, 2010 Fastest way is a pressure washer first , followed by cheapo bleach diluted with water at around 5:1 and applied with a watering can with one of those fine rose sprinkler things on. Not only does the bleach get rid of the remaining discolouration (over the space of a week or so), but it helps prevent it coming back. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Chris Wilson Posted May 29, 2010 Share Posted May 29, 2010 Dairy Hypochlorite (commonly called just "Hypo") from any big agricultural merchants, about 10 quid for 25 litres. It's a VERY powerful bleach for use in milking parlours et cetera, and works a treat to remove algae and staining. Put on with a watering can and rose at about 1/2 pint of bleach to a gallon of water and just leave it overnight.
