I will add what I can. The second O2 sensor become redundant. The injectors are different sizes and impedance. One use an air flow meter, the J-Spec uses aMAP sensor, so modding will be needed to the loom for that. Probably quite a bit more, I hate looms, wiring and all that stuff :) One of the cams is different duration in a UK spec engine, but it will make sod all difference really. Least of your worries. mapping won't be ideal though,especially given the smaller UK turbos.
