suprafan72
As some of you know i've purchased the Wangan Supra with twin td05 20g's on... But im thinking they may not be enough..... to reach my desired goal.... I don't want to take away the big twin setup it has.... Im wondering where to look for bigger twins to reach my goal or get the td05's rebuilt into hybrid's..... not sure what to do really... What would you guys.. do ... Ill be running a 3.1 litre built motor with all the relevant supporting mods... Yeah your right me thinks... the td05's some a bit unknown in twin setups... allot of subaru's seem to use them as turbo upgrades.. I can't seem to find any other supra's that run them... Turning up the boost seems to be the way forward at present, see how it performs on the road before you change, your engine can take it Edited December 6, 2009 by tooquicktostop (see edit history)

DARETT
Twin 20G's should be good enough for 800ish. Single GENUINE TDO5 20G's should get to 380bhp minimum on an STI, if it has the correct supporting modifications. Normally they get around the 400 mark. They also yield a fair bit more on the Evo's, so will be interesting to see how they perform on a Supra. Should be good as long as they are genuine TD05 turbo's and not JAW copies or anything.... The last twin TD05 setup I saw was a 16g setup on a GTR, which was 700bhp. For a comparison the 16g normally makes around 340 on an STI....
