Chris Wilson
Yes, Pete Betts company, Thor racing have a suitable unit, it even be possible to wire your unit to do this. I believe the wiring instructions are available off his web site.
D3xt3r
Yeah its possible its just two pins to cut and one to reconnect. But the problem is the value doesnt change only what is written behinde the number. So its either written kms or miles. I have the same problem at the moment as my speedo counts up in miles but has the jap kms still on so I need to convert it to miles but dont have found a possibility yet. Chris Wilson
Again I think Petre can reset the figures to the miles equivalent, via a PC interface. Their are loads of people in the Autotrader who offer such services too.
JohnA
.. Their are loads of people in the Autotrader who offer such services too. Indeed, "mileage correction" services. One of the main reasons I went for a UK Soop...
CJ
Indeed, "mileage correction" services. One of the main reasons I went for a UK Soop... Mileage correction services cannot be done on a UK then?
Chris Wilson
Oh yes, I see lots of examples that have had a haircut....
JohnA
It's the string of MOTs (and a few phonecalls) that support the figures. If you're only offered the last MOT, done 1 month ago, then you know, don't you?
Pete
Mileage correction services cannot be done on a UK then? I think he meant you're more likely to have the history recorded properly.
