I was lucky enough to be on holiday in ~2000-2003 ish in Florida and while watching the news (as you do on holiday) they said that there would be a launch the following day....Guess where I dragged the wife I was over 10 miles away, could not get any closer as the roads were closed with people everywhere....... GazB Posted July 15, 2009 Share Posted July 15, 2009 When holidaying in Florida 1999 looked out of our apartment window across the lake and watched shuttle take off, only had a disposable camera handy so this was the only picture i got, but it was some sight.
