When I punch in the figures for my car I get 1 mph out according to my satnav at 6000 rpm in 6th, which could be satelite delay to be honest. Now all I have to do is build a motor that will wind around to just over 8000 rpm and I'm laughing. This time next year.... edited to actually add the link!
