I know with my work you are given 3-5 days bereavement pay then you have to take the rest if applicable out of your annual holiday. Scott Posted March 31, 2009 Share Posted March 31, 2009 We are automatically entitled to 2hrs leave for the funeral. If its immediate family then that is increased to 1 full day. If you are the person organising the funeral then you are entitled to 1 full week All paid. This is down to the companies discression though.
