Its that time of year when I start recruiting new sales people, basic salary is 27.5k starting rising to 35k after 3 months successful probation. My top sales guy earns 80k+ per year, the lowest performer earns 50k.

I'm moving into a new sales role myself. Where is the role based FAR? I see a mentioning of Europe and UK wide but that's about it.

Its based out of our office in London Bridge, field sales across the UK with 70% of our customer based around london or home counties. Travel to Europe 4-5 times a year
