I won't be able to make it today![ANGRY][/ANGRY] I'm in the middle of removing the dials unit to un-install the reverse El-Glo Rev dial so that it can be modded to let the Manu and O/D lights shine through. Dave's, KarmaSupraMan, lovely aerotop was particularly sparkly. Si's,Heckler, beast looked somehow more impressive today too. Getting to the Wheat Sheaf wasn't hard, just follow Si's BOV. Lol. Great seeing Mr and Mrs Stevie B in the rare MSB again. Good luck getting that runaround folks. Ewen and Ivan's cars are always top notch. Even found what may be a Toyota part on Ewens that I hadn't noticed before. A colour coded, discreet protective lip for the door edge. Going to look into that. Danny and TRD Dan, great meeting you lads. Mr and Mrs Silversoop unfortunately didn't have the Supra, but still managed to turn up in a Toyota. Nice one peeps. Had to leave everyone at 4 I'm afraid. Also, that was my last South coast meet for a few months now I'm afraid. Gonna miss you guys and gals from Ringwood and Basingstoke meets. As an aside some tw*t called the police on us. A very nice man turned up in a loudly decorated car and proceeded to have a friendly chat with us about the cars and club for about 10 minutes. We resisted stealing his Turbocharged Fords wipers. They looked quite trick. Club reputation has been put up a notch in his book. Lovely afternoon. Shame the others couldn't make it. Just a pity my funds are running a bit low to do all the things I want to do but as long as I get that long awaited TT conversion done I'll be happy. Money + part-ex of the hyundai, new owner has private plate to go on so he's going to sort that, pay the rest, then swap cars. It probably works out that less than my asking price, but TBH as said, it pays off the debts, keeps a roof over my head, and gives me something to get from a-b in for the time being.
