If the 'Exhaust' includes decatting I would think 400bhp is very possible. I mean, 400bhp minus 25% Auto trans losses is only 300bhp at the wheels. It's safe enough if you can see the car before paying the money. Well, it's no more risky than any other private sale. Did you see the car that Alex bought on eBay? It was a bargain.
