A decent scanner and an ocr reader(to enable edit,copy/paste e.t.c) will be good for electronic copies, So just buy yourself a set of manuals and when you have a few hours to spare scan them in as .tif, jobdone! It was paid via Paypal but has not cleared yet as it must have been via cheque rather than direct from your account. if you check your paypal account it will tell you that it can take up to 10 working days to clear.
