Dazzi
You can reset the ECU by disconnecting the battery for about 10 mins

robin
Taking out the fuse or battery with both do it, the advantage of the fuse method is your clock and headunit etc wont loose thier settings.

Dazzi
02 sensors need replacing? Need to clean airfilter? Replace fuel filter - could be blocked? Spark plugs ok?, dizzy cap or rotor arm might need replacing, coil packs could be bad too. Personally I would change the lot, I did Also try a different fuel brand

Ian C
I've looked at two of your threads now and both are bordering on illegible, can you please put some effort into what you type otherwise a lot of people who could help simply won't bother spending the time and effort needed to decipher what you are saying. Thank you. -Ian

drnas78
Hi there, I've put some fuel cleaner in and also reset the ECU, doesnt seem to have made much diffrence. I think i will get a dignostic done instead of changeing loads of things best get the diagnostics done first.
robin
There are loads of reasons why a car might be down on power. Seized brakes? Timing belt out or slipped a tooth? Valves need adjusting? Fuelling is way out?
