I have a na supra with an open diff. Is it possible to fit a factory lsd to my car and if so do i need any other parts but the diff itself?

I was under the impression that LSD's are interchangeable without modifications aslong as you bought a N/A LSD which they made for sz-r's and some sz's.

True but finding one of these is like looking for a 6 speed getrag!

The second bush isnt necessary either

Isnt nessessary but weight difference between the N/a diff' and TT Lsd is greatly increased, plus adds balance to the drivetrain and i wouldnt do only half a job!

the LSD was an optional extra... I have a factory fitted lsd.. it has just one rubber diff mount, The NAs dont require one as they dont have the torque of the TT...

The shafts are the same as is the prop..

lots of fun! you dont need 400hp to go sideways!

The stock Torsen LSD is set so loose, on N/A and TT models as to be little better than an open diff. You are much better off getting a TRD plate type kit and convering your set up. Wes has new bearings and seals for that set up at my workshop, as he inadvertently got sent the wrong ones for his manual TT diff. Buying those may save a few bob. Nic in HK sells the TRD LSD kits at a good price.
