Hello,

Well heres another one for you. Just been out in the supra today. Once I arrived at my destination I could see smoke coming from the left side. The discs are red hot and the smell was rank. what is the number one cause for this to happen? Im not sure if its from braking of if the pads are constanly making contact with the disc causing the friction. Comments appreciated as Im trying to cost up how much this its gonna cost me. :helpsign:

If it's just the one then caliper sliding pins could be jammed or the brake line could have collapsed inside preventing the brake fluid from returning after releasing the brake keeping the brake on! ;) Hope that helps also to diagnose if it's the brake line not the caliper open the bleed nipple if this releases the brake then you know to replace the brake line! :)

To see if it is released jack the car up and try to spin the wheel you'll know if it's released or not.
