Ewen
Had a total physical mot again recently, been feeling shot away for a while. The last one went very well, this one not so well. Wont bore you with the details, but high cholesterol seems to be the main concern. Now this is a new one for me, and its a bit of a downer to be given a sheet that lists foods to avoid...especially when nearly every food listed as bad is in my opinion, rather good:( Imagine my joy then, when I see that marmite is in the foods to choose column:) Oh, and lean grilled steak too. Rapture. I'll have to ring them up tomorrow and ask about haggis as they forgot to list it either way. Finally, anyone know if mushrooms are a vegetable ? Christ, I hope so. AndrewOW
I was thinking of doing something like getting a cholesterol test done, but the stress that would cause, could mean higher blood pressure! I'll have to do a search on cheap, easy and tasty recipes to do to have instead of getting blinkin' takeaways. So lazy. Not good.

Her middle finger up my jacksie may have affected my ECG too, although shes bound to advise otherwise. Didnt even give me the good grace of a countdown, just knees up and whoa there Nellie. I can make an indian style 'takeaway' in 20 minutes and it tastes just as good. Just leave out the bad stuff like cream. http://indian-recipe.org/phpbb/index.php?h=1&pf=
