rpslaughter1982
A question for single owners. When converting to a single and getting rid of vsv etc you end up with various ports free from the inlet manifold. How do people block these ports? I have just put a hose on them with a screw zipped in as a bung but I don't really like the idea.
Kranz
Put a hose on them with a bolt fastened in with a jubilee clip The other option is to have the manifold off & have the steel parts of the ports pulled out & the holes welded over. A lot of work for nothing IMHO.
Wez
I used various ports for other things like BOV, wastegate and boost gauge etc, saves having lots of T pieces.
Chris Wilson
Pull the steel pipe stubs and drill and tap the hole and screw in a Loctited Allen headed grub screw or blanking plug.
