Must be a fair bit of heat being generated too with both cats still fitted.....

Im nearly certain both cats were in the car cause

When the decat was fitted along with the oil

cooler the car would not run right on chanells 1 2 and 3

on the boost controller :(

It would only run properly on channel 4

I just thought the car needed to be mapped :search:

thing is how come all other cars that were RR there and at other

RR came out with pretty much the same power

The S2000 hit 270bhp which was the claimed output

and the lads at CDA know their shit when it comes to jap motors

summin is not addin up

Supra was RR at that shop 3 times

ya mate, dyno graph of car was when the supra

had the standard cats in it

Last year the previous owner bought oil

cooler kit and decat from jap parts place in dublin

and when the decat got fitted then (2007) the

supra didnt run right except for on 1.4 bar boost

well done mate. as said i very much doubt its anywhere near those figures but what the hell, you can still take your gragh down the pub and tell your mates:d i bet 99% of us members might have told a few beer hp figures in our time, and some of them have claimed to have turbo,s  end of the day its your car enjoy it, but don,t think that the guys here will believe you as they know supra,s

Is your supra an auto? Are they used to dynoing auto cars (It's apparently a bit of a black art). SRR now refuse to provide any figure for the flywheel for auto cars since they found them to be completely unreliable due to the way the torque convertor works. However, the rwhp figures are still way off on your car....

@ Homes . Its uk spec manual, this was eddie irvines old motor

Sorry, must have missed that. It's impossibly high either way, so I wouldn't go quoting it on here (sounds good in the pub though :D )

As metioned it should be 360rwhp max at 1.2bar (which on a manual will be around 430bhp at the flywheel). I believ the highest recorded figure (at a known good dyno) for a fully speced hybrid was 400rwhp. This was at 1.4 bar with cams, aftermarket ECU, larger injectors, WI, etc, etc...

No need to be sorry mate and no one is peed off, people are just letting you know the figures arn't correct and that you shouldn't waste money going there again. Its all good and well intentioned feedback :)

As you said, get it done at one of the known reliable dyno operators over there if you want to get a guideline of the engine power
