kieren1234
Hi all, i am looking to buy a notebook/laptop (??) but dont know where to even start looking for one. I have a really small budget so it only needs to be a low spec one. Basically, all it will be used for is data loggind afr's using the innovate lm-1 and using e-manage software so must have a serial port and also a usb port. But as far as the spec goes, does not need much memory, ram etc etc I am not very up to speed with laptops and pc's etc so please give me some advice. Many thanks. ADL Mark
You'll be lucky to find one with a serial port, I couldn't when I was looking. You can get a half decent USB-Serial adaptor for not very much though.
