i have made myself a set of bonnet dampers from rs comonents ! it works out at about £72, you have to make your own brackets (i have a template now) and open a M6 hole up to M8, fitted pics tomorrow, as i have just painted my brackets

yes they will (you may need to cut one ofthe studs off, easy)

i would take the plugs out, and leave them out for a while (ideally airline the boresto dry the excess fuel out)

promlem with black is its normally ali mesh that has been painted, once you get a few chips in the paint, its starts to oxidise which then looks poo

it is a bit shiney, it's because it is brand new, i had the same sort before and that looked ok after a month or two

there should be very little turbo shaft play, if there is, the excessive movement damages the seals
