  1. how about fabbing one from stainless, its only really a rectangular plate with the edges folded up, 3 bolts holes and 1 drain hole
  2. my battery tray is plastic,how did yours fall apart ? ive binned the pipe, optima battery all the way, no leak tastic
  3. they tend to breathe out the vents, can boil if alternater is fucled, its a precaution see as its acid in there

  5. ive just ordered some greddy gauges and a wideband from dusty @ mvp, credit card is on its last legs
  6. clear fronts will really look good, orange is the colour of horribleness (made that would up)

  8. i seem to remember someone aksed about metal polish the other day, this stuff is called "brilliant" and it really is. ive used all the normal stuff from the main names, auto glym, peek and every other that halfrauds sells, wish someone told me about this years ago ! mail order, tell no is 0870 2403853, you want the polish for "aluminium and stainless" is just as good on alu as well as stainless exhausts !

  11. i was in the same mind as you mate, i went for the nur spec, very happy with it, and if you take your time, and use your noggin it can be fitted so it doesn't catch on speed ramps and the like

    a good while, all the interior is over in hong kong with nic at the mo, so not driving it

    just tried in vain to start the car, ran on 3 cylinders for about 20 secs, turned off thinking what the fuck. took all plugs out and they were a wet as a oysters pocket, all cleaned and dried. running again, what a relief
  14. mine was like that, the two locking nuts on the bracket can be used to adjust the slack, 14mm i think (maybe 12mm!). just make sure you don't adjust it too much, so it holds the throttle open
  15. how much louder than the nur spec, can't be that much surely
  16. how loud are these, ive got a nur spec r full system, single turbo. thought mine was loud

    ok, may be a silly question, but what is the difference between a wideband and a afr gauge, is there any ??

  21. you can't really remove it, unless you have money to burn !! a good heavy coat of black underseal will do the trick
  22. have you looked under the car to see if there is adjuster, a small knuled (spelling) nob.
