Exactly like that one but hopefully can get a few more of us. If during the week would have to be after 6pm and cant really do sat afternoons but sundays should be ok. Whats the general concensus, weekday or weekend? Gaz

A few of us are thinking we should have a meet for us Northerners soon as Mascrat is proving a bit awquard on a monday and never the best show of soops anyway. We were thinking about somewhere like the Trafford Centre, large open space, plenty of parking spaces. Should be able to find a section of parking and take over it quite easily. Would be looking to do it back end of this month (Jan). Names below of people that would be interested and ideas for exact dates. 1. Garetheves (Gaz) 2. Rays The Roof.

Im in a similar predicament myself. Bought a 40G ipod from amazon, you know the second hand section, and once the seller had my details he emptied my account completely. Was my own fault should have seen the scam coming but wanted it in a hurry for a present. Again all i have is a hotmail email account. Luckily i may be able to get the money back from the bank but im not sure. Its just the knowing that youve just paid off some guys depts or somat for them. Its so frustrating, even if i get the money back. I too hate feeling like a mug Gaz

Had a similar incident a few weeks ago. Had very bald wheels (was booked in the next day to get new ones on) and had to take brothers girlfriend home cos they had missed the last bus, so it was about 11 on a friday night and heading towards town thought i d best take it easy, lots of police around. Anyway, on the way back on the outskirts of town saw a kitted Scoobie parked up so thought i'd blast it a few hundred yards across a crossroads. The lights were just changing to amber as well. Anyway at the next lights saw the police car behind me so set off sensibly and wen to turn off road and he flashed. He was really cool about it and basically just said was a nice fast car and should take it easy. He checked the front wheels which were fine but never checked the rears which would have been a massive fine. Think i was luckiest guy on the roads that night. Needless to say i drove home at a steady 27mph. Gaz

Ive been tempted to buy a turbo timer recently as well but heard that can cause probs with alarms. Has anyone had nay probs like this and how was it sorted? Also how easy are they to fit (is it somat i could do or should i ask the guy whos fitting my stereo and speakers during the week). Gaz

Most times when im washing my car the little kids from the estate near me all come round and ask to look at the car. They ask me loads of questions bout the car, tell me how they always use the soop on Need For Speed underground and want to kit a car up like on Fast and Furious. Amazing what they know about at 10/11 years old. Good taste in cars as well Had it since septemeber now (thanks again Jurgen) and still cant get over how many heads they turn.
