For comfort I would go with the new TEIN Comfort Spec. Completly designed for ride quality with uprated rubber top mounts instead of the solid stuff, light springs and a new valving system.

I would budget around 4-5000 Euro for parts if you get everything from a scrapyard. Better change all the clutch parts right away when you do the swap and rework the diff and all that stuff. So in the end you can buy the manual one. Trust me many people already thought about it.
