Wow. Memories.
The Hovis picture has potential to have been one of mine, I had a Hovis thing, don't ask. I vaguely remember a thread on here with the very same picture including the edit.....
As @markssupra says, It also distinctively looks like one of infamous Colchester dock meets and that is Adi (@letmeshowyou). If it is a dock meet I very much suspect I have a ton of pap photos, sadly I don't have contact with Adi.
Mark from Colchester on the other hand, I still know.
Better yet, I may know you @Sexy-Jo

Still here, still pop on for a browse from time to time however pre forum upgrade for quite sometime wasn't able to post due to my "lifelong" membership expiring. I still see some of the Essex guys at various things and maintain some kind of contact with a few members on the book of the face.
The Supra has been gone 9 years now! Still miss it. Would still have another but don't really have the room however have decided when i'm older to collect cars, and despite them roaring up in value its still the 3rd closest car to my heart so now doubt will have to get one. I still have the 996 Turbo, yup, close to 9 years, still an utter hoot and never really found anything that ticked my box's for that kind of money to warrant an upgrade. They are appreciating and probably have for the last 5 or 6 years so have kind of tucked her up on the corner and use her even less now. Still, I got her a friend in the summer;
If you are remotely interested there are a couple of other photos over on the "insta" at https://www.instagram.com/hu66yup/

My budget was going to ba max 15 k ..so would be a 996 c45. cant push anymore thanrn that. I like the 996 and it has a lovely image.
saying that the supra looks the dogs
ANY 911 under 25K is not worth having imo. For 15K, putting into a supra will give you far more bang for buck.

Quality!! Hows the 996 going mate?
Still good.
I'm 2k in with the Servicing and maintenance with the need of two rear boots after 9 months ownership and less than 2K on the clock. I didn't think I would get anywhere near the so called "4K a year" but turns out they are expensive little buggers to maintain, but she is worth every penny.
Still considering a 911 in some way shape or form?

Just looking through my first posts from way back when. I even asked the 'how can I get more power out of my NA?' question!
I asked if they were V6's in my first thread

Combination of who makes the bumper (genuine or reps) and the pipework.
Mine was a rep bumper and greddy FMIC and I had to cut.

I have been known to catch up with a few of the older guys from time to time at Tollgate. It does sound like thunder
so you probably have seen/heard it. New plate now which is quite distingtive; P911 GO.
Give us a wave if you see me

Yup! Very small world!
Sadly after 7 years it was time to move on. Not because of problems but I had other wants. If I had the space I would have kept her but I got good money so it was an easy choice.
Plus this was what I replad her with;
