    TRD spoiler on ebay

Looks like its ok,You will probably find it might take a little bit of work when you get it but that will only be a minor bit of rubing down or maybe filling a few little bits but other than that it dont look bad.

On the A420 heading towards Swindon with Joshua on Saturday afternoon about 1.30ish,I was in the Duncan van waving frantically at you!
  4. The year stated on the sticker is 1998,The Japese year does work from 89 but the numbers are wrote in reverse,The year 10 means 1998,Heres a convertor I found to check the years, the mileage wrote in pen on the sticker is 98,851 kms and the expected cambelt change is between 100 and 140,000 kms on this car,So you can see what i mean??
  5. We had the cambelt changed when the car was first imported so that isnt the issue,If you do a search on Autotrader there are a few cars that come up with a exceptionally low mileage on them which is why we werent so curious,The garage in question I have a very good relationship with hence the fact that I thought they wouldnt try to rip me off

    Dead supra

Ouch this has gotta hurt! ooops!
  7. I think a set of lowering springs might not go amiss,You should be ablw to pick some up for about 60 quid even though it dont have rims it will still change the look of the car though
  8. The clock will deffinatly run over 100k kms,It just means that the car has 6 years of which we dont know whats happened on the mileage so if it done almost 100k in the first 7 years up until the belt change then how many more has it done??,Weve decided to go pay them a visit on Saturday morning and see what they have to say about it,If they decide against taking any action then I think a call to trading standards might be in order
  9. Well being honest not really,The steering wheel was knackered which is pretty common on those anyway bit the interior does really seem to give that much away about the car though,Starting to get seriously peeved with it as my mum is going on one permanantly about it. :thumbdown
  10. I think a word in someones ear is in order somehow,If the mileage is 98k seven years ago and the clock reads 35k now how will we ever know exactly what the real mileage is on the car?
  11. Its a 2.5 twin turbo soarer,Its a H reg and the clock says that the mileage in Kilometers is 37,000 so as you can see the difference is a little more than acceptable,The normal belt change is normally due 100 to 140,000 km so Im more than sure that the mileage isnt what its meant to be,Now the problem is that I have a very good relationship with the garage in question and im trying to be diplomatic about the fact that they have supplied a car that they said the mileage is warranted and in reality its bollox,As you can appreciate my mum aint best pleased as she feels shes been ripped off some what
  12. We are having a bit of a debate with the garage my mum bought her car from. There is a sticker on the cam cover which has the mileage of 98957k and a date of 10/6/18. After speaking to the garage they have told us that this is the date when the cam belt is next due to be changed. After searching around a lot of forums we have discovered that this is usually the date and mileage when the cam belt was last changed. If this is the case, the car has been sold to us with around 100,000k more than is on the speedo. Ths mileage was originally verified as being correct. Top price was paid for the car because of the low mileage.

    Banger Racing

I used to have a lot of friends who raced at shipham down near cheddar,That was great fun,Gave you and immense relief from stress being able to drive someone into the barrier!,Makes up for being sat behind all those road captains on the motorway!
  21. I find that with my supra which is running yellow billies with 255 front and 265 rears that it feels a little unsure when cornering at speed,I was wondering if the back end has more of a tendency to swing easier with uprated suspension than standard as uprated is more likely to load the tyres up when cornering
  22. wow!Thats impressive!! Got a clip of it???
  23. I did have a moochy on over at JAE and I was impressed,It is a very clean car!
