All driver side panels been keyed... rear 3/4 the worst right down to the primer... any idea how much it'll cost to get all the driver side re-sprayed

Got a problem with some of my electrics.... The central locking and electric windows just stopped working. Strange thing is that the central locking works using my alarm remote and using the key to open/close the doors but the buttons for the centrla locking and windows (inside the car)don't seem to work. I've checked the fuses... any ideas what the problem could be?

Right I've got some information from my friend, the PSP's available here are all Japanese versions and all running OS1.51. There are 2 option packs available: 1. Stand alone PSP, with nothing else included 2. Value Pack which includes, PSP, headphones, case, remote control thingy, strap, 32MB Card. Based on rough costs I have so far (TBC) the stand alone would be around £150 including airmail to UK. The value pack would be around £175 including airmail. Cheers mate I really hope thats the extent of it... I don't want to be forking out another 500 quid this month on the Supe, I'm really broke as it is... After a few attempts at starting the car I faintly hear the starter motor and then eventualy it starts. I ckecked the battery connectons already and I'll pop over to quick fit in the morning (if the car starts) and get them to test the battery.

Hi All, Got a bit of a problem with my Supra. This morning I tried to start the car and nothing... just a few clicks (like a relay switching on and off). No sound of the starter motor. Afer a few atempts and me pressing right down on the acceleratar it started. After that the car seemed fine. Started and stopped it a number of times, drove it for about 20 mins, no probs at all. I left it for a couple of hours and the same thing!!! any ideas what the problem could be??? Initially I thought it was just some dirt in the petrol or something... but now I am deeply concerned ... could it be a sign that the starter motor is going, or probs with the fuel pump, or something more sinister like my Scorpian Alarm/Imobiliser causing problems. Cheers.

Either one of those two I guess.... got a mechanic to look at it and he mentioned something along the lines of that... for any of the two will it be expensive??? really strapped for cash at the mo

Found out what the knocking sound comming from the rear of the cars... the Anti roll bars on the suspension have gone... does anyone know how much they cost to fix (parts and labour)? Ontop of all that my driver side electric window has packed in... all this bad news in one weekend

Surely Mr T or the MOT place would have spoted 2, 3 & 4??? I need to get the boot hatch rubbers changed for sure... but this know is quite a loud knocking sound only from the rear passenger speaker. I really hope its not a real expensive problem!!!

Hi All, Getting a bit worried now... I've got a knocking sound near the rear passenger speaker. You only hear it when I hit a bump in the road, or taking a right hand corner sharpley. I've been getting it for a while now and was wondering if anyone knows what it could be. I just had it serviced and MOT'd and Mr Toyota didn't mention that was anything wrong (although I forgot to mention the knocking sound to them). At first I thought it was something in the boot, or the speaker itself was lose but allas its none of these. Any ideas what it could be? Any help will be much appreciated. Cheers, Kash

The hazard & brake light on the dash come on in my Supra MKIV TT when I brake... but it only happens sometimes.... any ideas??? I think it might be indicating that my pads are wearing....

Just had a quick look at the pipes below the battery tray... they seem to be connected. Any other ideas? should I look at any more other pipes? has anyone got any diagrams/pictures of pipes that I should be looking at for my jspec mkiv tt? Cheers, Kash

Just got my car Supra MKIV back from the insurance approved body shop and they've made a real mess of things !!! On the clock it only looks as if they drove it 5 miles... but I suspect they drove it much more and fiddled with the clock!!! For a start they didn't put the door on properly... u can hear alot of road noise when u get to 60 mph... alot more than usual. Then they managed to damage my side skirts (which they kind of denied ), the toyota badge at the front is missing, but worst of all my turbo seems to have messed up. I drove it about a mile down the road when I picked it up (and I wasn't driving the car hard at the time) and all of a sudden I heard a sound similar to blow off valve and then the turbos started to make a louder woshing noise (not a wistle any more) but no boost seemed to be going into the engine!!! Does anyone know what the problem could be???? I suspect that the inlet from the Turbo to the engine has blown? or do u think it is something more serious? The turbos seem to start at the right revs but I have no extra boost in the engine.... Do u reckon it is still safe to drive my car untill the problem is fixed (I don't want any more damage done)? Also does anyone have any idea just how much it'll cost to fix.. parts & labour? I told my insurance company (Bell Direct) about what I think they've done to my car!!! said they'll withhold their payment until they sort my car out & if I have problems they may take them off their registerd list of repaires... right now I am really cheesed off
