I'm going in the celica - does that count as a shi^^er (right make but wrong size bonnet, engine & spoiler). How about meeting at the little chef (jet petrol station at side of it) before york - think its near turn-off for Colton? What time Sun. morning?

getting your knees & elbows down around the local roundabouts then? or just get an inflatable kids paddling pool & ride round that to get the technique - soft landing if you come a cropper!

Gordons Tyres, Bradford Road, Wakefield - a while since I went so cannot remember of much, give em a bell about 1.5 miles from m1 j.41 when you get off m1 only use dual carr. for about 1/4 mile-ish then left signposted Carr Gate (road takes you over dual carr. you've just off) then down hill, straight through lights then depot on left immed after railway bridge hope it helps david

i did mine through WYMAS (for non-yorkshire members they run some of our ambulance services if not all) i came a cropper on my old 125 honda & got broken wrist & 2 breaks in my arm - that prompted me to do it. my employer paid for the week long course - get a refresher every couple years fao whitesupraboy2 good on yer

working all day monday - from 8am to 5.30 but loads of brass for doing not a lot i expect (sssshhhh) ......... other than doing college work (doing HNC computing course ) & finalising job appn for our IT dept with my gaffer. next racing that i see might be straightliners @elv. if not then main event @ pod to QSC apols for hijacking your thread but great to see another yorkshire member

can i come too? won't be buying eyefi's 'cos too much brass for me - realistically spring-time before i could buy one hoping to meet some of you then when ready to buy can call on you for advice/tips have not been to any meets before - what would be plans for the day? is it all-day? just evening? etc. could follow eyefi up - just couple of miles-ish from me cheers:thumbs:
