  1. Thanks for all the help guys - i've been doing alot of reading on the forum this weekend but still can't understand why people choose to convert the TT to a single turbo? Why don't they just buy a single turbo in the first place?
  2. Last question guys Is it better to buy standard, or to buy one with all the BPU done already? How much does the BPU cost overall and are there enough specialists around
  3. Pics of the inside - i was under the impression that it came with leather on this model?
  4. by the way - if the car is as immaculate as it sounds - what is it worth? Those who have driven manual and auto - which is better in your opinion please?
  5. No mate that's all they sent me!
  6. Heres what i had back from them just now Hi there yes this is a recent import, in UK we are the first keepers from registration and there were 2 Japanese owners, the mileage is verified and genuine and the car doesn't require any work. I'll try ring them later and get some more info
  7. Thanks Guys for all the great response. Car Ad is listed below and pictures are attached. In regards to comparing it to the M3, i just want a car that is really fun to drive and that is quick in a straight line and the look of the supra has always been gorgeous. I'll take a read of the buying a supra guide. http://www.ib-e.co.uk/our-stock/toyota-supra-sz-r-jza80-mkiv.htm
  8. car is manual bud, I've heard these are preferred choice over auto?
  9. Hi guys I've just seen a nice TT come up for sale with 60k on the clock. 1996 JZA80 The pictures look very clean however the car is up for sale at £19000 and is 5 hours from me This will be the first Supra I look at and don't want to make the wrong decision by rushing in, but I know they don't keep on stock for long Can anyone briefly tell me what to look out for (I guess the car is an import - but already seems to be on UK plate) aswell as tell me what sort of price level to expect as they all vary The problem is have is my age - I'm 24 but look a lot younger. I have spoken with insurance and they'll insure me for 650/year. So I'm hoping I'll be taken seriously as cash in pocket ready To go
  10. Hi All, I'm from the above areas but never really see any Supras around? What am i doing wrong?

    Howdy

Hello all, Hope all is well.. New here from Southampton.. Ever since the Fast and the Furious (you probably get this alot), the Supra has always been my favourite car growing up. I'm at the age now where i can afford and be insured on a Supra at a fair price. So i'm now looking to purchase my first. Currently driving a 987 Boxster i'm exited to have something a little quicker and "modifiable" as a second car to enjoy I'm looking at the TT Manual and Auto (have read auto is a little quicker than TT but a little boring - although some are Targa) I've had a look at the two articles available on the differences and the introduction so believe that will help me out a bit. Although trying to find one is proving very difficult - all seem to be heavily modified (some nice, some not) any info on where i can find some nice examples would be great Anyways See ya around
