Technical boffins please Can anyone help me to figure this out? my importer has told me that my car has a Blitz wastegate (they're not getting it confused with a BOV - it's got a sard R2D2) It's supposed to have standard Turbos, so what would be the advantage, apart from maybe reacting faster? & will it make any difference when I de-catt? the car has a Trial Exhaust I'm concerned about boost creep)

Hi Seb, I now have both a U.K car & a J-spec the u.k car I've had for 9 very enjoyable years, but I allways wanted a modded car. but didn't want to spend a fortune getting it done.I was lucky enough(worked my n**ts off) to be able to buy another. the ONLY way to obtain a young car is JDM, so for me there really was no other option. it all depends on what you want from the car & how long you intend to keep it! best of luck, John:thumbs:

Yeah!!, the really odd thing was that her insurance company paid out on both my insurer's repair costs and my excess. But I still can't accept that the police didn't nail the bitch!

you won't belive this! some dizzy woman reversed into the side of my car & just drove away. I got her number & had three witnesses. reported to the cops in London. The response was' as a matter of POLICY' we don't prosecute these cases to save resources. What a load of b**!!cks, they even had the balls to confirm this in writing!! as if it was o.k john

short & simple. Don't even try!! far too much hassle. the costs involved would far outweigh any extra you paid out for a manual!
