  1. it just bolts over and seems fine. will try and post a pic soon. i have heard from someone (sorry can't remember who) that it is possible to get a replacement pillar that incorporates the pod housing.
  2. hate to say it mate but maybe your best option is to buy new clear side indicators from someone.
  3. eerr - this probably isn't much of a surprise to you but he ain't the only one that may not be able to find pod ...
  4. quite a few people that have seen it have liked it a lot ...
  5. hi gc - nice pics of the defi gauge LOL ...
  6. patrick - i'm in islington. as i'm not known for my wonderful sense of direction, i would love to meet up somewhere and go in convoy. i was thinking of leaving early to get there early ... ?

so when are you free terry n what do you charge ? ... geeza - girls were trying to outdo each other ? thats harsh mate .. i was pretty patient with the both of you on the way up LOL i checked the hoses to the best of my admittedly low abilities but found nothing wrong
  9. hi all - i went out on a jaunt to brighton with mid n geeza to surprise dude n matt there yesterday. on the trip up, there seemed to be no problems with the car. along the way, had a bit of a 'pull' session with mid in his (with poor geeza waiting patiently behind) and the car ran well (mid ? ). on the road back, from a slow rolling start, i hit the gas but while the boost gauge read the correct numbers, i felt it wasn't pulling as strongly or as hard. the guys said it could be a loose something or another but had a look today and found nothing wrong. this was confirmed by jason (supraguy) in the passenger seat and also when he took over the driving. any idea what else this could be ? thanks ...
  10. tsk, tsk - this new mr harwood (since he came back from hols) is deffo not nice ! ....
  11. ohh - i forgot, when all said n done - then the defi system ..
  12. depending on the dosh you want to put out 1) brakes + ss lines/fluid 2) boost controller 3) an afc 4) an egt gauge imo... always safety first. yourself, then engine ... then comes the fun! err, reliability too should come somewhere in there .. ie plan each mod stage, then get used to it, then next ... all the while ensuring engine/drivetrain/suspension all doing ok. maybe a bit pedantic but just my 2p
  13. finally had this looked at. went down to a garage near the house to get their opinion and it seems that it's supposedly my rear brake discs - evidently something is out of kilter there. calipers maybe ? i've got it booked in on tuesday for them to have a look at properly ...
  14. strange thing is it never used to do this ... therefore i wondered if it was indeed normal ?
  15. oh lord - not that again 'bwahhahhaaaha - i've got me a lardy UK that doesn't flame' just kidding .....
  16. yep - irregardless of hot or cold. it sort of clunks when you reverse then hit the brake. if you are reversing, it makes no noise but the noise comes when you hit the brake. strange btw - chris, sorry to sorta hijack the thread mate
  17. eerm i did, err and still do. i still can't figure out what it is and have been told it could be the propshaft or something ...
  18. oh lord geeza's coming too - quick hide everybody ! nah - it will be a pleasure to have you along as usual mate
  19. allright people - where have we gotten to with this so far ?
  20. raoul - last time i checked, this wasn't fergy's dressing room at man utd, so give up the stories man ...
